How to use

1. Fill a glass with approximately 150ml (1/4 pint) of cold water.
2. Pour in the sachet contents.
3. Stir well and drink straight away.
4. Adults and Children Over 12: should take Fybogel Mebeverine half an hour before a meal, one sachet in the morning and one in the evening, or as prescribed by your doctor.
5. An additional sachet may be taken before the midday meal if necessary.
6. Not recommended for children under 12.
