Cura Heat back and shoulder pain are heat pads that can relieve you of pain for up to 24 hours. Just open the sachet and apply to your clothing or underwear on the affected area. In half an hour it will have reached its maximum temperature, radiating heat to the source of the pain.

It decreases stiffness, improves mobility and relaxes tense aching muscles. After 12 hours remove the pack, and the pain relief will continue working for a further 12 hours. That’s 24 hours respite from back and shoulder pain.

• If heat pack becomes too hot remove immediately
• Do not open the sachet until you are ready to use it

• Do not use while sleeping
• Do not use with other creams, rubs or lotions applied to the skin or near to other heat sources
• Speak to your doctor if you have rheumatoid arthritics, poor circulation, nerve damage, a skin condition, are diabetic or pregnant
• Do not use on children
• Store in a cool dry place avoiding direct sunlight

How to use

1. Open the sachet by hand (do not cut) and remove the Cura-Heat pack.
2. Peel away from the paper strip.
3. Adhere to clothing or underwear over the painful area.
4. Allow air to circulate over the heat pack and do not apply pressure, for example by lying or sitting on the heat pack.
