How to use

1. Ensure the bottle and nozzle are intact before use
2. Tilt head to one side with affected ear upwards
3. Avoid inserting the nozzle into the ear canal; apply 2–3 drops into the ear
4. Massage around the outside of the ear and keep head tilted for a few minutes
5. Use cotton wool to lightly plug the ear if needed
6. Tilt head to drain oil and wipe excess with a tissue
7. Repeat twice daily for up to 7 days or as advised by a healthcare professional
