How to use

1. Remove the cap and seal, then prime the product by twisting the base 3–4 times.
2. Apply liberally onto the chest, throat, and back for adults; apply a small amount to the chest and back for children over 2 years.
3. Leave clothes loose to allow vapours to be inhaled easily.
4. For inhalation in adults, melt two teaspoons in a bowl of very hot (not boiling) water and inhale vapours for 10–15 minutes.
