How to use

1. Rub on method: Children over 2 years: Gently rub a small amount on the chest and back. Leave clothes loose for easy inhalation. Adults: Rub liberally onto chest, throat, and back. Leave nightclothes loose to allow vapours to be inhaled easily.
2. Inhalation method (adults only): If head cold or nasal catarrh persists, melt two teaspoons of Vicks VapoRub in a bowl of very hot (not boiling) water. Inhale the soothing vapours for 10–15 minutes.
