Warnings and cautions

• Not suitable for children under 12 years
• Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or prone to nosebleeds
• Do not share the spray to avoid spreading infection
• Temporary nasal stinging or discharge may occur
• Discontinue use if nosebleeds or irritation occur
• Do not use more than 4 times per day
• Keep out of direct sunlight and store below 25°C
• Do not use after expiry date

How to use

1. Use 2–3 sprays per nostril at the first signs of a cold
2. Do not inhale deeply after spraying and do not tilt the head
3. Use up to 4 times per day, allowing 4 hours between doses
4. Continue use for 48 hours after symptoms subside
