How to use

1. Break off approximately 45cm of tape and wind most of it around the middle fingers of both hands, leaving 2 to 3cm to work with. Hold the tape taut between thumbs and forefingers and gently guide it between the teeth using a gentle sawing motion.
2. When you reach the gum line, curve the tape into a C-shape against the tooth and slide it gently into the space between the gum and tooth. Move the tape up and down against the side of each tooth. Use a fresh section for each tooth. Use daily, morning or evening.
