Lamisil Once single-dose antifungal treatment for athlete's foot, a one-application clear solution containing 1% Terbinafine Hydrochloride that forms a film on the skin to kill the fungal infection for up to 13 days after a single use.

Lamisil Once is a uniquely convenient antifungal treatment for athlete's foot (tinea pedis) that requires just a single application to combat the fungal infection responsible for the itching, burning, cracking and scaling associated with athlete's foot. Unlike many alternative antifungal products that contain clotrimazole and must be applied up to three times daily for up to four weeks because they only inhibit fungal growth, Lamisil Once contains terbinafine hydrochloride at 1%, which actively kills the dermatophyte fungus responsible for athlete's foot rather than simply slowing its multiplication. This means terbinafine works independently of the skin's natural renewal cycle, allowing a single application to be effective.

Immediately after application, the clear liquid solution dries to form an almost invisible film on the skin surface that releases terbinafine into the underlying skin layers for up to 72 hours, with the active ingredient remaining in the skin for up to 13 days after application to continue its antifungal action. The full 4g tube provides sufficient solution to treat both feet thoroughly in one application, and should always be applied to both feet even if only one is showing symptoms. Warnings and cautions

• For external use on the skin of the feet only. Do not swallow. Keep away from naked flames as the product contains alcohol.
• Avoid contact with the face, eyes and damaged skin other than the treatment site. If accidental contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with running water.
• Not recommended for patients under 18. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not suitable for fungal nail infections.

How to use

1. Wash the infected area with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. Using your fingers, apply half the tube to each foot, covering the skin between, under and over all toes, as well as the soles and sides of each foot. Apply to both feet even if only one is showing symptoms. Allow to dry.
2. Do not wash your feet for 24 hours after application. Use the contents of the tube only once per episode of athlete's foot. Symptoms may persist for a few days as the skin heals. If they do not improve within 7 days, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Always read the enclosed leaflet before use.
