How to use

1. Take with a glass of water.
2. Adults (including elderly): Take 2 tablets up to 3 times daily, leaving at least 4 hours between doses.
3. Adolescents 16–18 years: Take 1 to 2 tablets up to 3 times daily. Adolescents 12–15 years: Take 1 tablet up to 3 times daily. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
