Calpol SixPlus Fastmelts are quick-dissolving tablets designed for effective pain and fever relief in children aged 6 years and over.

These strawberry-flavoured tablets melt in the mouth without the need for water, making them perfect for on-the-go relief. Each tablet contains 250mg of paracetamol to treat symptoms such as headache, sore throat, earache, cold and flu, toothache, and post-immunisation fever. Warnings and cautions

• Not suitable for children under 6 years old
• Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours
• Contains paracetamol – do not use with other paracetamol-containing products
• Talk to your doctor if your child is taking other medications
• Seek immediate medical advice in case of overdose, even if the child appears well
• Keep out of sight and reach of children

How to use

1. Remove tablet from foil using a fingernail along the perforation
2. Allow to melt on the tongue or dissolve in a teaspoon of water or milk
3. Children 6–9 years: 1 tablet up to 4 times a day
4. Children 9–12 years: 2 tablets up to 4 times a day
5. Children 12–16 years: 2–3 tablets up to 4 times a day
6. Adults and children over 16: 2–4 tablets up to 4 times a day
7. Leave at least 4 hours between doses
8. Do not use for more than 3 days without medical advice

Ingredients

Each tablet contains: Paracetamol 250mg. Also includes mannitol (E421), crospovidone, aspartame (E951), strawberry flavouring (contains benzyl alcohol and glucose), magnesium stearate, basic butylated methacrylate copolymer, polyacrylate dispersion 30%, and colloidal anhydrous silica.
