How to use

1. Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Step onto the centre of the platform and stand still. Quick Start technology activates the scale automatically. Wait for the reading to stabilise on the illuminated display.
2. Step off once the reading is complete. The scale switches off automatically after use. To change the display unit between kg, lb and st, refer to the enclosed instruction manual.
