The Beurer HK145 is a uniquely cosy and therapeutic heat pad that combines the soothing benefits of warmth with the calming effect of gentle weighted pressure, achieved through its distinctive glass bead filling. At approximately 1.5kg, the pad drapes and moulds naturally to the contours of the body wherever it is placed, staying securely in position without needing to be held and distributing heat evenly across the treatment area through its honeycomb-structured chambers. The gentle weight activates the body's natural relaxation response, promoting a reassuring sense of calm and comfort that makes it ideal for easing muscular tension, aching backs, stomach discomfort, cold legs and restless limbs.

Six illuminated temperature settings allow the heat level to be easily adjusted via the LED controller, with fast heating delivering warmth quickly without a long wait. How to use

1. Place the heat pad on the desired body area with the flat surface facing the body. Plug in and press the power button to switch on. Select your preferred heat level using the illuminated controller, starting on a lower setting and increasing gradually as the pad warms up.
2. The pad will switch off automatically after 90 minutes. To switch off manually, press the power button. After use, unplug and allow to cool before storing. Machine wash the pad at 30°C on an extra-delicate cycle when needed, with the cable removed.
