The Beurer BM38 is a fully automatic upper arm blood pressure monitor that combines precise, clinically validated measurement with a series of advanced features designed to make home blood pressure monitoring as accurate, comfortable and convenient as possible, all at the touch of a single button. The patented resting indicator is a standout feature that prompts the user to remain still before and during measurement, helping to ensure that readings are taken under the optimal conditions for accuracy and consistency, while the advanced inflation technology takes blood pressure readings during the inflation phase rather than after, significantly speeding up the measurement process and improving comfort during use.

An arrhythmia detection function warns of possible cardiac arrhythmia during measurement, and a WHO-based colour-coded risk indicator classifies each reading into the appropriate blood pressure category for easy interpretation. Readings are displayed on a generous extra-large XL screen for clear visibility. The Scan and Save function allows measured values to be easily saved in the free Beurer HealthManager Pro app by scanning the device display with a smartphone, with data also synchronisable with Apple Health, Samsung Health and Health Connect for seamless integration into existing health ecosystems. How to use

1. Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring. Apply the cuff to the bare upper arm approximately 2 to 3cm above the elbow. Wait for the resting indicator to confirm you are sufficiently calm, then press the single start button to begin automatic inflation and measurement. The device measures during inflation for a faster result.
2. Results are displayed on the XL screen with WHO colour-coded risk classification. To save readings digitally, open the Beurer HealthManager Pro app, select Scan and Save, and scan the device screen to capture and store your results for tracking over time and syncing with Apple Health, Samsung Health or Health Connect.
