The Beurer BM23 is a fully automatic upper arm blood pressure monitor designed for simple, accurate home blood pressure monitoring at the touch of a button, using clinically validated oscillometric measurement technology to deliver reliable readings of systolic and diastolic blood pressure alongside pulse rate in seconds. A cuff fit check indicator guides correct positioning of the cuff on the upper arm before measurement begins, helping to ensure accurate results every time, and an arrhythmia detection feature flags any detected irregular heartbeat during measurement to alert users who may wish to consult their doctor.

How to use

1. Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring. Apply the cuff to the bare upper arm approximately 2 to 3cm above the elbow, with the cuff fit indicator confirming correct placement. Rest your arm on a flat surface at heart height. Press the start button to begin automatic inflation and measurement.
2. Results are displayed on the LCD screen with WHO colour-coded risk classification. To save readings digitally, open the Beurer HealthManager Pro app on your smartphone, select Scan and Save, and scan the device screen to capture and store your results. Readings can then be tracked over time in the app.
