The Beurer BF451 is a precision body analysis bathroom scale that combines elegant design with advanced health monitoring, using Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) technology to measure and display 17 key health parameters in a single step. Weight, body fat percentage, body water, skeletal muscle percentage and BMI are displayed directly on the scale's Magic LED display — which remains invisible until activated by stepping on, giving the platform a clean and minimal appearance. A further range of more detailed metrics are accessible via the free Beurer HealthManager Pro app, including metabolic age, basal and active metabolic rate calorie display, bone mineral mass, muscle mass, lean body mass, soft lean mass, subcutaneous fat, visceral fat, protein content, body shape classification and ideal weight.

How to use

1. Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Step onto the platform barefoot to activate the scale automatically. The Magic LED display will illuminate and show your weight, body fat, body water, muscle percentage and BMI directly on screen.
